Hurricanes Katrina and Rita - 15-18 Months Later
Building destroyed by flood and fire including a FEMA trailer next to it. 9th Ward. New Orleans, Louisiana. Hurrican Katrina.
On the right of this burned out building sits a FEMA trailer that caught fire from the building. Response time from fire departments perhaps less than normal.
