Al Weber
wagonmaster of the western photo tour/workshops!
I met Al back in 1958 at David Walton's
Sancho Panza's European Coffee House where he and Dick Garrod were exhibiting their incredible black and white prints. Both photographers are still in the Monterey, CA area. I'd left the exhibit and California, not to see either of them again until 1993! Both continue teaching. Do yourself a favor and Google both of them. And subscribe to Al's Newsletter. No better truth reading then there.

son
of Cole Weston, grandson of Edward Weston, lives with his wife Gina
and son Zach in Edward's home at Wildcat Creek, Carmel Highlands,
CA. His work is very different from Edward's and Cole's, but continues
in the same traditionsuperb vision and feelings put to photographic
technique. |

Kit Karbler
is a fantastic glass designer whose studio is
the Blake Street Glass
in Denver, Colorado.
I used to wake up in the mornings and look out
from my second floor studio and see his studio across the vacant lot.
The wall was covered with glass debris that he adhered to it! It took
me several days of early morning runnings when I first moved to Denver
to decide to visit him, his great crew and wonderful works of art.
